My wheel is wobbling, how do I fix that?Updated a month ago

Some wobble is normal, as the wheel is a tall, lightweight, and relatively narrow item balanced entirely at its base. However, an unstable base can exacerbate the wobble. If your wheel is on thick carpet or an unlevel surface, move it to an area where the ground is firm and level. If that is not an option in your residence, sliding a wooden board under the base will help provide that stability.

If you have an older wheel (Gen 6 or older), the inline wheels on your base may be overtightened, which will restrict the wheel's ability to shift while it rolls. This can cause it to bounce or shudder whenever your cat tries to get it moving. To correct this, take the allen wrench that came with the base kit and loosen all four rollerblade wheels until each bolt has a little bit of play in the socket.

If your wheel is a Gen 7 or newer, the inline wheels cannot contribute to the wheel wobble. The inline wheels are already perfectly balanced for optimal performance, and the wheel pins cannot be adjusted.
